As part of this service, you will become an LRQA customer, our skilled and experienced consultants will visit your business and undertake a 3 hour on site inspection. This will help you build your food safety systems and make your business safe and ready for any Local Authority EHO inspection.

• Our consultants will visit your business and conduct a 3 hour inspection with coaching and advice
• We will provide you with an LRQA Food Safety Management System
• We will also help you develop and maintain your HACCP
• And provide support and documentation to implement your food safety due diligence system
• Also included in this support package are 10 e-learning licenses to ensure that your team have sufficient knowledge and are qualified to produce safe food
• A Health and Safety Policy to ensure you are working within the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999
• A suite of Health & Safety due diligence paperwork to record checks, maintenance, drills and training
• A suite of risk assessments for all of the hazards in your business to implement and keep you compliant with the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999
• A Fire Safety Policy to keep you complaint with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• A set of due diligence paperwork allowing you to record fire checks, maintenance, drills and training
• Access to LRQA Assist to view and close corrective actions
• Access to our LRQA Helpline support 364 days a year for reporting of accidents, alleged food poisoning and foreign bodies
• 2 free alleged food poisoning investigations per year

Additionally this package provides 10 individual e-learning Food Safety Hygiene licences to ensure that your team have the correct knowledge and qualifications to serve safe food to the public

The price of this service is £125 (ex VAT) per month based on a 12 month contract payable by direct debit
