Coaching and Support Visit for a Small Café or Restaurant - (up to 40 covers) with a single small kitchen.

To support your business after you have been given a low food hygiene rating after a Local Authority EHO Visit.

We will provide a 3 hour on site coaching visit for a small café or restaurant (up to 40 covers) with a single small kitchen. The visit will consist of an EHO based inspection for this size of operation. It will include any coaching on areas that have been highlighted as needing improvement with the food preparation staff.

The visit will also include coaching on management due diligence and pest control strategies to ensure that any issues can be effectively managed and the correct action taken in the event of an increase in activity or refrigeration or freezer equipment failure.

Part of the time on site will be used to produce a report for the management to work through to ensure that the issues found on the visit can be worked through by the team and closed off. This will ensure that the business is ready for an Food Hygiene Inspection from the local authority with the aim of ensuring the business can achieve a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.

The price of this service is £265 (ex VAT)
